Come and help provide a professional and efficient service to members of the Professional Standards Department, members of the public and outside agencies.

The Professional Standards Department are looking to recruit a full time permanent Admin and PSD Support Supervisor based at Force Headquarters.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the supervision of service recovery and complaint handing.
  • Providing advice on queries relating to the policies and procedures of the Department.
  • Promoting excellent customer service standards in all areas of business by developing, implementing and monitoring policy, plans and processes to improve satisfaction for internal and external customers.
  • Assisting with complaints tasking process, complying with police complaints legislation and IOPC statutory guidance.

The must haves

  • Clerical experience related to the job requirements.
  • Experience working in a confidential environment.
  • Able to effectively communicate to a wide variety of individuals both inside and outside of the organisation.

Salary– Grade G £29,085-£35,982

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
