Derbyshire Constabulary are looking to recruit an Analyst within the Criminal Justice Department. The role is on a full-time, temporary basis- consisting of a 12 month contract.

Criminal Justice and Custody work with victims of crime from the point of reporting a crime through to finalisation. As Criminal Justice Analyst, you will be responsible for the production of detailed management information, performance statistics and insight analysis. Your work is essential in supporting the effective delivery of the Force objectives, putting the victim at the heart of what we do.

 

This a dynamic and varied work environment, where no two days are ever the same. We all work together to keep the people of Derbyshire safe.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing performance framework.
  • Representing the organisation at a range of internal and external meetings.
  • Preparing and delivering strategic and tactical performance reports to a variety of key stakeholders.

 

The must haves

  • A relevant degree level qualification (e.g. statistics) or proven relevant work experience.
  • Experience using appropriate visualisation tools to present a range of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Ability to extract and combine large and complex datasets.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.

Salary: £33,915 - £40,950.
