Join our proactive Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team!

As our Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor you’ll be providing advice and guidance to all staff and officers, ensuring proactive measures are taken in support of health and wellbeing across Derbyshire Constabulary.

Salary: from £58,000 pro rata

What you’ll be doing:

This role offers a lot of variety. You will be doing things such as:

  • Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team
  • Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns
  • Supporting the force to monitor and manage the provision of medical and occupational health interventions

What you’ll need:

A full list of essential requirements can be found on the job description for this role, and include:

  • To be a registered nurse and hold a relevant Occupational Health qualification
  • Have experience of working as a Senior Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor
  • Experienced in delivering health promotion campaigns, clinical supervision and governance

The OH and Wellbeing service was brought in-house in 2022 and has been promoting wellbeing initiatives and improving OH provision across the force.
