Deliver new projects to enhance our HR solutions

Join our people services team as a Project Manager where you will be working on a variety of projects enhancing our HR solutions helping to continuously improve our service.

The projects you’ll be working on will include an Oracle HR system upgrade, a new reporting solution and migration to Cloud. You’ll be collaborating with a team of specialist from two regional forces, working together to provide the high levels of service our People Services team delivers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Initiating/ kick off projects, creating plans, resources and budget information
  • Producing business cases, emphasising outcomes and benefits
  • Collaborating with operational manages and teams, ensuring a smooth transition of projects into live environments

The must haves

  • Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and architecture (Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
  • Experience of running multiple projects and work streams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
