Derbyshire Constabulary are currently recruiting for a Citizens in Policing Cadet Leader and Divisional SPOC (Single Point Of Contact).

Citizens in Policing (CiP) is the umbrella term for the Special Constabulary, Derbyshire Police Cadet Scheme and Police Support Volunteers.

Our ideal candidate wants to make a real difference to the life of young people in Derbyshire and support the division and community across all areas of CiP. You will lead the weekly Cadet Cohorts of young people aged between 10-18 years old, along with providing support to the local CiP Portfolio leads and acting as the single point of contact for Citizens in Policing related matters on division.

You will be leading engagement projects and extra-curricular activities for young people in cadets to promote citizenship and organising rewards and recognition events.

You will co-ordinate volunteers throughout the division and support with integrating into their roles.
